7's Football League Bacolod is the first 7's-organized tournament in Negros Island of the Philippines' Visayas island group and part of the 7's Philippines system of independently-ran leagues.
One of the football hotbeds in the Visayas region, the City of Smiles opened its 7-a-side tournament in 2019.
